  The owner here has serious issues with understanding things. Without getting too deep into the problem...he just kept staring at me then when I fi ally said hi, all he kept saying was you need a box..said that about 30 times before he understand that I was paying for all of this. Then it went on to another label. I had 1 label needed 2. Said I'd pay for that as well, and all he kept saying was you need label over and over. I guess because im not older and in business attire I dont belong in his store. Just stay away from this UPS if you can. I just packed up my stuff and am going to my location which is what I should've done to begin with!

  Awful experience, the only worker there refused to take my package and spoke very little English. He claimed he didn’t know how to make a label, which is kind of a big part of a persons job who works at a postal service... I have an urgent package and I rushed to get to the location on time, I offered him that I can call another store and the clerk came plain how to do it and he said no, he doesn’t know how to do it and I just had to leave. Absolutely awful experience.

  The store is messy - especially behind the counter. The employee is very slow-moving & very hard to understand. He stopped working on my transaction to help the next person in line. I guess because my transaction was taking longer - it was an international shipment and he seemed very confused on what all was required. He never said anything to me, he just walked to another machine & started helping them! At least ask me if it is ok to pause my order to help someone else - don't just walk away!!!

  If you want to experience the most miserable human on the planet, this is your chance. Every time I have gone in there for something, the old fella behind the counter is "cuddly as a cactus, as charming as an eel." It's almost worth going to experience his sullen interaction, like an animal at the zoo - completely disinterested in anything going on over the other side of the counter. You owe it yourself to experience this at least once - trust me!
