  Christa made my experience awesome. Amazon changed how the return I had worked. She was understanding and helped me through the painless process. Customer Service anywhere needs more Christa’s in the world

  I was in this store on Tuesday afternoon. There were 3 ladies working behind the counter. They were laughing with each other and really seemed to be having fun working. Made me think about applying to work there lol. Anyway, I was waited on by an older lady with curly hair. I think her shirt said Shanna. She called me to the end of the counter smiling. I told her I had a return. She looked at my large box and told me they weren't taking anymore large boxes for the day. She then laughed and scanned my item. She was very friendly and the whole place was so welcoming and made the line not feel as bad as it was long. More places need employees like the group at this store. Kudos UPS

  Every time I'm in the store, which is quite often, Shawna is so friendly and helpful. She's upbeat and jokes around and even if I'm having a bad day, my encounter with her makes me leave with a smile.

  When i was in there yesterday returning my amazons i saw how hard everyone was working. Everyone who is working there are dedicated to what they do! I would rather go there then anywhere else.

  I was in this past weekend and while this tall skinny guy and short black girl were up front working on everything there was this short white girl with long dark hair walking back and forth across the back hitting a vape. Very unprofessional and inappropriate in a work place setting, especially one that has you working around other people's items!!!
