  I love that I can bring my pkgs in and scan my own. I get the receipt right to my phone or email immediately. For me, it's typically a quick in, quick out trip.

  I have to agree with others on the rudeness of the employees at this location. Went in today to return a package. There was a guy in front of me and when he went up to the desk and asked the employee "How you doing"? She says loudly, "Overworked and under paid!" Well, whose fault is that? Lady, you are the one who accepted the job for whatever it pays! Anyway, me and several others were standing in line for about 5-10 minutes when the same, and only employee in the store apparently, rudely says "If you have a pre-labeled return, I need you to use the kiosk, I can't take anymore packages back here". Why wait until people stood in line this long to announce this? As someone who doesn't visit these stores much, I had no idea about the kiosk, and after using it, I am a bit concerned about leaving a valuable package just sitting where anyone could grab the box and leave the store. I mean, it's not like this lady was keeping a watchful eye on anything, since she was already "overworked and under paid"!! Look, everyone has a bad day once in awhile, I get it, but when you work retail, you have to keep your composure.

  The representative I worked with at the Glenway location on 4-10 was warm, kind, and very helpful. She was knowledgeable and even helped other customers during my transaction without a single bump in the process! 10/10!

  Actually the situation was that Cora came into the UPS store with an attitude. She tried to bully Ms. Minnich into free materials because Amazon is "free returns". The girl in blue glasses spoke up and explained the QR codes to her with no box / no label and Customer packed. She proceeded to tell Ms. Minnich that she was going to report (because she wasn't going to get her way.) So the ONLY employee that made any comments to her was the girl in blue glasses who told her go ahead because the cameras show that she walked in with an attitude. Then as Cora was leaving, she walked by the girl with blue glasses and said I guess I'll take my attitude and leave. And the girl in blue glasses replied "have a nice day Karen". End of story. The lady's at the UPS store are there to help. Not to be treated like dirt and talked down to and bullied because a customer can't read and comprehend their return.
