  I come to this UPS location almost every day to drop off packages for my business, the entire staff are always amazing! Even when I walk in with a ton of packages, they’re quick, helpful, friendly, and somehow always get me in and out without making it feel like a hassle. I actually go out of my way to come to this location instead of the UPS Store in Amelia because the service here is so much better, and honestly, the door stopper makes dropping off a bunch of packages SO much easier 😂 It’s a small thing, but when you’re carrying multiple boxes every day, it matters! Staff have made shipping my orders so easy, and I really appreciate how consistently helpful and efficient they are. Definitely my go to UPS location. Highly recommend! 📦💙

  Absolutely horrible I’ve been here a few times and every single time they’re rude and obnoxious. They take forever to be able to help somebody multiple people will stand there twiddling their thumbs while people are trying to get in and out. They also started charging every single time you go there to print out a label whether it be Amazon or it’s a return label from another vendor it’s only UPS store around that does that.

  Terrible customer service. So many people waiting in line while a customer’s problem was being addressed, but instead of having the guy in back come out to help, he just stayed in back. Line out the door! Then when we finally did get waited on, he was extremely unfriendly bordering on rude, no “sorry for the long wait”… no thank you when he finished… unbelievable!
