I ordered a pickup for one booklet to be picked up by noon the next day. I ordered express just in case, to make sure it would be ready on time. When I went to pick it up at 1:00pm was informed that they didn’t have anyone who could print things, so they’d have to cancel the order. They were polite about it, I suppose, but definitely odd that they wouldn’t have anyone to print things at a Staples.

This is the only staples close by but I’m always reluctant to go because of the customer service. I’m not sure who hires and chooses these people but there have been a handful of employees who have given me an attitude and have failed to do simple requests.. it’s ridiculous. I suggest to never get serviced here and spend your money elsewhere until they change up the management.

Wonderful service. Friendly staff. I went in to print up some business cards that I only had a logo for. Anne helped me so much. She helped me move from a simple logo to a beautifully professional business card. She was professional, knowledgeable and perhaps most importantly, patient. Isaiah was also in the store that day. He greeted me when I came in. He, too was friendly and professional, offering to help me find things and was generally available and very responsive. I felt very welcome in the store and very supported. Thank you Isaiah and Anne! You are both clearly an asset to Staples. I will definitely consider this my Staples store and I will not hesitate to come back when I need office supplies, etc.

I came here one day and they were closed early. I tried to call another day but no answer. I showed up again and I couldn't even get the printing job that I needed done. Phone rang the whole time I was in store and no one picked up. Went out of my way twice for nothing.
