  I had a very disappointing experience with the Staples on Reading Road in Cincinnati, OH 45202. Their online hours clearly stated they were open until 7:00 PM, but when I arrived, the store had already closed at 5:00 PM. I made the trip based on the posted business hours, only to find the doors locked with no explanation. This is extremely unprofessional and incredibly inconvenient. If a store changes its hours, it should update its website and online listings so customers aren’t wasting their time and gas. Accurate business hours are a basic expectation, especially for people who plan their schedules around them. I expect a company like Staples to do better. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures their posted hours are accurate so other customers don’t have the same frustrating experience.

  Like many of the other reviews I had terrible customer service. I walk into the store and a lady working the counter that literally says Amazon Return here on it, just looks at me like I’m bothering her from the start and I ask if I was in the correct place for Amazon returns. She just looks at me for like 10 seconds points to one of my items and tell me I can’t return the item and then just turned around and started helping someone else. I had like 5 or 6 items so I said that Amazon told me bring them to staples, she refused try and help. Zero customer service and it’s not a “skill” thing it was clear she didn’t want to be there, she didn’t want customers bothering her, she didn’t want me to ask questions or try and get my item returned. It was one of those situations where I’m at a store and the person working there doesn’t try to be friendly or helpful and is clearly mad that I pushed back. At staples most customer will have to ask an employee for help so that fact that’s this person responds that way in a customer service role just sucks for anyone going to this staples while she is working. I’d be shocked if whoever managed this store doesn’t know who I’m talking about.

  The printing station doesn’t know what they are doing. Guy in front of me waited 2 hours then they couldn’t give it to him at the price they had originally agreed to. I waited for 20 minutes to get help in setting up an order for two pages of stickers on vinyl. They said they had no way to receive my images for the order. There was nowhere I could send the email/files to.The lady behind me wanted to print out 10 cards on cardstock and the guy said he didn’t know what cardstock was. 3 people behind the desk. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

  Reviewing for Elijah - the team member that worked a little harder and stayed a few minutes after the store closed to ensure my presentation papers were printed - this after another store team member refused me service because they were closing in 10 minutes. He saved the company an order - because I would have had to cancel as I needed them first thing in the morning. Well done Elijah.

  Was in Cincinnati for a trade show and started having issues with my phone/charger. This was the closest store that sold a variety of electronics so I went here to find what I needed. While I was there, I decided to get last-minute business cards for the trade show. Customer service was excellent (the girl who helped me was so friendly), the cards came out great (completed in less than 30min), and I got the charger I needed. All in all, an outstanding experience at this store.
