I was ELATED that my junior in HS needed new school supplies to give me an excuse to go to Staples. I used to love it! I called ahead to ask about where to recycle my old Mac in the store. Someone with a bad attitude abruptly hung up on me because he seemed not to understand old Mac’s don’t have towers. I called back and was asked about a chair after being on hold for a few minutes. That’s fine. The man tried to change lines a few times and stopped addressing me when I said calmly, ‘still me!’ and just put me on hold again. The manager expressed that he’d walk me through the store to get my supplies as though I was afraid of going there. Buddy… there is a Target in the same parking lot and an Amazon on my phone. Ruined my favorite store. RIP

Went in recently first thing in the morning to get copies of papers for a court related matter. I am a hair stylist so I am unfamiliar with how to work a copy machine and asked the gentleman sitting at the service desk for help with it, to which he replied 'You put the paper in, you hit a button, and it makes a copy.' obviously if I knew how to do that I wouldn't bother asking, and I had already created 2 blanks at this point, hence asking an associate for help. I wasn't in the best mood about going to court, and that interaction honestly made it just a little bit worse. 0/10 experience, I will go elsewhere next time

This place is a joke staples has fallen way off like the other review said not nice or helpful the people here really hate there job ... nasty rude and not helpful .... and they wounder why they are struggling.... do not use this place at least this location.... RUDE, NASTY, UNHELPFUL .....
