I’ve been trying to connect with this staffing agency for over two weeks and have had a very frustrating experience. I applied through their app, submitted my résumé, and even completed a brief interview, but never received any follow-up.
I’ve called multiple branches and was repeatedly transferred to the same person who has not returned my calls. It’s been extremely difficult to get clear communication or any updates, despite there being multiple positions listed as available.
As someone with relevant experience and strong references, I expected at least basic communication or direction. Unfortunately, the lack of responsiveness and follow-through made the process feel very unprofessional. I would recommend improving communication and candidate follow-up, as it reflects poorly on the overall experience.

I worked for RH on two separate occasions - once for a year and a half in 2018-20 and another for a year in 2023. I had an interview in line for a third opportunity in 2025. Instead of blindly accepting a role without knowing the surroundings since it was an on-site role, I decided to first visit the company prior to the online interview to get a first glance of the company. Terrible surroundings and when I walked in the lobby, the receptionist acted like I was an intruder. No 'good morning', no 'hello', nothing. After attempts to be kind to her, I eventually asked her what's making her so uncomfortable and she fumbled with her words so I asked her if it because I'm white and she said yes. So I left and notified RH of what happened and that I'd no longer be interested in the role. The rep, Hannah Smith, scolded me for visiting the site and insisted that the incident was my fault that could've easily been avoided instead of addressing any blatant racism. At the end of the month, weeks after this incident and after I'd written an email to the RH team (without a reply) and later a google review summarizing this incident, the manager gives me a call and explains in kinder words that they have a different story from the company but insisted that they'd be interested in working with me in the future and that we'll move on from this. It's been almost 8 months and not so much as a single phone call my way, and I figured this would happen. I'm not interested in ever working here again, but in summary this place isn't interested in your well being whatsoever and even if you've worked for this company on multiple occasions they won't care.

Excellent communication, decent benefits, responsive staff. Very pleased.
I've had pretty good experience with OfficeTeam. They have placed me on three projects so far and all have been great and within the pay range I asked for! My recruiter always comes to visit me at my longer-term projects and they always check in on me throughout the process to see how I'm doing. Overall great experience and would highly recommend if you're looking for Office work.

I spoke with a recruiter for this company, who sent me an invite for a Skype interview. After going through sending my information, I never heard from the recruiter. It's now been 12 hours after the Skype interview was supposed to happen. I emailed the recruiter 20 minutes after the interview was supposed to start, and never received any email or any other kind of response back.
This company makes their money by getting people into positions, and they've been completely unresponsive. I would hate to see their responsiveness on an issue where they weren't getting a bonus for taking care of it.
