Monument signs are typically no taller than 15' with the future of many new zoning codes adopting 8' and even 6' maximum heights. This alternative to larger free-standing styles creates a design more in harmony with the surrounding environment.

Pylons or free-standing signs are commonly 15' or taller with most designs having a visual clearance between the bottom cabinet component and grade. Unlimited fabrication techniques, lettering methods, and architectural qualities can be employed, thus having the most effective physical presence due to size.
