  Working as a consultant can be stressful at times because there is always a little uncertainty about what the future holds. When a contract has an end date attached to it, it's natural to wonder what comes next. What has made my experience with Insight Global different is knowing that I have someone in my corner who genuinely cares, and for me, that's been Kate. From day one, Kate has been incredibly responsive, supportive, and easy to talk to. She checks in regularly, follows up when she says she will, and is always available when I have questions or concerns. More importantly, she's always made me feel like she has my back. Whenever I've had worries about my assignment or what could happen down the road, she's given me confidence that she'll help me navigate whatever comes next and work to find another opportunity if needed. What stands out most is how personal the relationship feels. In the past, my experience with staffing agencies often felt very transactional. Once you were placed, communication became minimal. With Kate, it's completely different. I truly feel like she cares about me as a person and about my long term career, not just the position I'm filling today. She has even taken the time to stop by, bring me lunch, and just chat for a while. Those small gestures mean a lot because they show that the relationship goes beyond work. It's rare to find someone who is both highly professional and genuinely invested in the people they support. Knowing I have someone advocating for me, checking in on me, and looking out for my future has made all the difference. That's what I appreciate most about Insight Global, and it's the reason my experience as a consultant has been such a positive one.

  I had a fantastic experience with Insight Global and really loved the insight they provided. My only regret is that I didn't get to work with them for longer! Even though my time there was short, the team was professional and supportive throughout. Thanks for everything!

  Absolutely terrible contract agency, they do NOT honor any sort commitment they make. They make written offers then resend them for 0 apparent reason weeks later. When you submit a claim for reimbursements they never pay them leaving you stuck with the bill.

  What a great experience it has been working with Insight Global. Each recruiter and hiring manager is incredibly diligent, professional and timely with all responses and they truly do care about employees. My personal recruiter is Dan Allen, who’s exemplified everything you’d want in someone who’s trying to place you with a good employment opportunity. I couldn’t speak more highly of him, and of Insight Global itself. I’ve worked with many staffing agencies, but this one is by far the most seamless to do business with.

  During my recent job search journey, I have come into contact with several recruiters. I have had the pleasure of working with Caroline Hamlin, recruiter, during this time. Caroline is one of the best recruiters I have worked with to date. She is on top of things; meaning, she is in constant contact with candidates providing updates on a regular basis. She follows up and follows through. I am glad we connected and Insight Global should be proud to have Caroline as one of their recruiters.
