- NMNurali MurtazoevJun 12, 20261.01 Star – Terrible Service FedEx failed to deliver my package for 3 days and kept providing inaccurate updates. Customer service was extremely frustrating. Every time I called, I had to repeat the same information again and again, but nothing was done to resolve the issue. After multiple calls and wasted time, they still did not deliver the package and simply left it at a shipment center for me to pick up myself. If I have to do the pickup, I don’t understand why I paid for delivery in the first place. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

I tried to print and send some international documents today, and it took her a whi——le to help me from downloading to sending then printing, there were zero impatience and she was so sweet the whole time. The international address was in different form, and it was tedious to verify and type all of them in the system, but she made it quick and accurate. I would’ve wasted an hour without her help.
