- NMNurali MurtazoevJun 12, 20261.01 Star – Terrible Service FedEx failed to deliver my package for 3 days and kept providing inaccurate updates. Customer service was extremely frustrating. Every time I called, I had to repeat the same information again and again, but nothing was done to resolve the issue. After multiple calls and wasted time, they still did not deliver the package and simply left it at a shipment center for me to pick up myself. If I have to do the pickup, I don’t understand why I paid for delivery in the first place. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

Also- tried to convince me that the postal service would take 'twice as long'. Fedex ground service was like 15$ (including their mandatory packing material) and would have arrived in 6 days. USPS was $6 and arrived in 3 days. Would not recommend this place or fedex in general.
