- GBGlenn BolenMay 10, 20263.0I rate this post office a 3 star, just because the front counter is a 5 no issues what so ever. The problem is when you call in it takes 4 times that always seems to be the magic number, Penny will answer it on the first ring as long as it’s the 4th time calling but very aggressively. even if you’re in a great mood she will 💯 change that mindset. I’m sure her attitude affects the rest of the employees. I personally would remove her from the current position and have her sorting the unsorted crates since she obviously hates that. That’s definitely another “Penny” the government should get rid of.

- DDD DMar 11, 20261.0Thought we set up an appointment for passport renewal for our 79 yr old parents. Had a confirmation but they said it didn't go through so wouldn't take us. Our bad on not double checking that everything was submitted however, the employee did not have to treat us so poorly. He was plain rude. Perhaps some retraining is needed on customer service!

- JRJericho The RedeemerFeb 9, 20261.0One Star. Poor customer service. Myself and many others at the post office had to wait in line for over 45 minutes due to staffing shortages. Apparently this is the usual at this post office. There was only one person working the desk. After finally making it to the front of the line, they had difficulties finding my package, resulting in me standing around for 30 minutes while they frantically searched for it. I’ve lost all confidence in this post office’s ability to manage mail.
