My experience with Steve was extremely negative and unprofessional. Instead of handling a routine package drop off professionally, he immediately approached the situation with attitude and hostility. He spoke down to me throughout the interaction and made multiple unnecessary comments that were disrespectful and rude. One of the biggest issues was his behavior regarding our manifest scan sheet. He openly called it “useless,” even though it is an important part of our records and shipping process. We have used this same manifest scan sheet at multiple other USPS locations with no issues at all, where it has always been accepted and processed without question. Steve was the only person to respond negatively to it, which made the situation even more frustrating. Rather than simply helping move the process along, he made everything more difficult than it needed to be. He also visibly rolled his eyes and acted irritated when asked to take carts to the back so I could unload hundreds of packages, a standard part of the process that he was already aware of. Steve was not only disrespectful toward me, but also rude to my coworkers during the interaction. At one point, he made a sarcastic comment about taping a box and said he would “do it just this one time,” which came across as unnecessary and unprofessional. Overall, the interaction was uncomfortable, disrespectful, and handled very poorly. We have never had any issues at any other USPS location with our manifest scan sheet, and a basic level of professionalism and courtesy would have made a significant difference in this situation.

Steve was unbelievably rude, hostile, and unprofessional to both me and my coworkers. We drop off hundreds of packages almost daily for our business and have worked with multiple USPS locations over the past year without a single issue until coming to the Chesterland location. From the moment we walked in, Steve spoke to us in a condescending and disrespectful tone, treating us like we were inconveniencing him simply for doing a standard bulk drop-off. He aggressively complained that we did not give him a “heads up” days in advance before arriving, even though no other USPS location has ever required that from us. What was most frustrating was his attitude toward our USPS manifest/scan sheet. He repeatedly dismissed it as “useless,” despite the fact that it is extremely important for our business and shipping metrics. Instead of simply scanning the sheet like every other post office we’ve worked with, he refused and insisted on manually counting every single package before accepting the drop-off, which would have taken over 30 minutes. There was absolutely no reason for the level of hostility and disrespect we received. We were calm and polite throughout the interaction, yet Steve made the entire experience unnecessarily difficult and uncomfortable. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location if you are doing business shipping or bulk drop-offs.

I cannot even begin to explain how rude and inappropriate Bryce Blankenship who claims he is the owner/supervisor & only employee of this location. He hung up on me when I was trying to get to the bottom of a lost package which is costing me over $300. He does not need to work with the public especially FOR the public if he is going to behave this way. I've never been so dismissed in my entire life, he took no effort to help me and was so incredibly rude I am just in shock. I will make sure the USPS knows what kind of people work for them.
