  They charge you for returning Amazon products at the store try to charge you $2.50 if it’s not one that you can scan with the thing they’re rude. They act like they hate Amazon customers. Literally, this is the every time I’ve gone in there with an Amazon return they act so ridiculously put out by it. I’m going to contact Amazon size level to try to inform them that this particular UPS store should be removed from their preferred vendors list. There’s just no way that Amazon would standby the kind of Customer Service or lack of that this particular store and their workers put out. If this was any other place, these rude customer service people agents at their store would all be fired. It’s because it starts with the top and it goes all the way down the person who either owns the store or manages the store promotes this type of behavior, you guys have to do yourself a favor around here go out of your way to utilize other places to ship your products. They’re the most rude people ever and they would say that about me but see I’ve been in Customer Service all my life and I know how you’re supposed to treat customers Amazon treats their customers so amazing unfortunately Amazon hires people from a different country so I can’t even give Americans credit for that but Amazon is a whole dictates what style of Customer Service that their agents put out yet little do they know that their customers are being treated like total Trash at this particular Amazon return location the UPS in Centerville on Farhill you should boycott this place. This Customer Service is gonna keep going and they think that they’re about high and Mighty because we keep utilizing them. I will never use them again. That was it for me. Tried to charge me $2.57 for a print out of an Amazon return slip and never even told me that until they got to that point of the process like just so ridiculous so ridiculous so petty and so shallow good luck with that UPS store I sincerely hope that they close it down. I just at least I hope Amazon doesn’t continue to smudge their own reputation by partnering with such a terrible disgusting business.

  This is my favorite UPS store to go to. I will go out of my way to come to this UPs location because of the friendly staff and you never wait in line. They’re very eager to help! Today Tristian went over and above, holding the door for me and carrying a large and heavy package for me. He’s very friendly in his positivity is contagious. It’s always a great visit here. Definitely recommend this location. Thanks to Tristian for the greatest start to my week, being kind, courteous, and so respectful.
