- CMCarol MillerJul 9, 20261.0This morning, July 9th, 2026, I stopped by Celina's, OH post office to mail a large envelope and purchase stamps. The lack of decent customer service was just plain awful. Everything time I started to say something I was cut off. Apparently the service representative thought it was OK without my permission to grab my debit card out of my hand to complete the transaction. It is not OK!

Now, I have to get into my car just to find out if they are holding my mail since I moved. Even though I submitted a change of address with them and someone started forwarding the mail before the date that I wanted it to start.
