- XJXavier JonesOct 10, 20195.0I Normally try to utilize UPS stores because the customer service for post offices are so rushed due to the amount mail they see a day, but this post office’s customer service was unmatched by any other experience I’ve ever received. Im in the military and needed to send a last minute birthday present to my mother in Georgia, Ms. Doris gave me superb advice on which packaging to use to help with cost and Ms. Amanda help me to get the just right insurance to help ease my mind on delivery even included tracking my mom received a day before her birthday and loved the gift i got her from Spain. Thank you all so much again.
- MBMarina BrownJul 5, 20192.0Twice lately they have failed to process a package correctly at the office, nothing special, nothing that required a signature. The first time, they held it at the PO and the tracking site said a notice was left but it wasn’t. The second time, it was “held at post office, at customer request” which is also not true. The first time, they were impatient and difficult to work with over the phone to figure out the mistake, and both times had no clue why this happened. This is nothing against our regular delivery man, he is wonderful! He is kind to our dogs and always leaves packages in a good spot out of the elements, etc.
