I have had certified mail come to me and they will come and knock on your door and literally run back to the truck (i have it on video thanks to my cameras). By the time I got from my bedroom to the door no one was there. This has happened every single time we get something we have to sign for. What is worse is having to go into the post office where an older woman will not treat you kindly, and is SO rude and completely difficult to deal with even implying i was lying. This woman desperately needs a lesson in customer service!!!!!! The only time she is even remotely nice is if you call her on it to her face. Honestly, I have no clue how somebody's so miserable continues to have this position when she has been mentioned in every single negative review. I will be submitting a formal complaint.
