- DBDr. Umut BerkitenJun 19, 20261.0I sent a shipment containing official certified documents from here on May 29, 2026; not only did they LOSE my documents, but after a 20-day gap they somehow found them, yet the package is still just sitting there waiting to be returned to the sender. I sent the same documents via UPS and they arrived without getting lost, so clearly, the problem lies with you. I am thoroughly dissatisfied; even though the tracking shows the certified shipment as undelivered, the person identified as the "supervisor says” at this post office claims it might have been delivered. It’s a joke, isn't it? How can a certified shipment be delivered without following the proper procedures? Everyone needs to do their job properly!
