- GHGary HulseyOct 8, 20265.0I cannot say enough good about the people in this facility. They bent over backwards trying to help us find a box to ship a wheelchair back to Amazon. The original box had been thrown away by the assisted living home where our relative lives before the wheelchair was tried out and found to be too small. Finding a box to fit a wheelchair isn't easy, nor is it cheap. But the UPS staff at this location really came through for us. Thank you!!

UPS on E Maple, Dressler and FULTON always take my post office packages. They can accept it but they can't provide a receipt. Information I've known for years. Never did a location reject my packages. I've been in e-commerce for 3-4 years now, and he has the nerve to respond to that with he's worked for UPS for 7 years? This guy was disrespectful, and entitled and I will no longer bring business to this location.
