  Unbelievably rude staff! I was the only person in the store and the clerk got upset with me because I did not want to use the self serve kiosk. I tried to explain I had questions but at that point it was too late she had already rolled her eyes at me. I pointed out the rudeness and she attempted to justify it by claiming it was going to be horribly busy on a Monday. I said how can it be horribly busy I'm the only customer in here and she rolled her eyes again. Completely unprofessional and I will not set foot in that location again. I've never been treated so rudely.

  Dropped off the package on April 4th 2026 at the UPS on Tuscarawas in Canton. I had to buy a bag and I had to pay for the shipping label to be printed I watched him put my shoes in the bag and seal it up so why did Nike receive a microwave shelf so somebody is wearing my shoes. And now I got to play detective to find out where my shoes is so that I can get my refund I'm so pissed. UPDATE: I don't know what happened to my item when it left this store if it happen at a different UPS or Nike but corporate wouldn't help so the owner of the Tusc store made it right Thank you Ryan.

  Renee is unprofessional and wont do her job along with a driver who keeps dropping off at the neighbors!!!
