Now she’ll have to make a special trip home next week again and who knows if they’ll be staffed properly to keep the appointment. Been trying since December to get this done. This is unacceptable.
- STStacy TeskiMar 21, 20255.0Kelly is amazing! I had my passport appointment this morning, I arrived early, more then prepared, and Kelly was informative, knowledgable, clear, & kind. I went into this thinking it would be similar to a BMV experience (you know, your prepared, and the workers are like stone, not willing to the extra mile to help you if didn't understand the process). I asked questions and she was happy to answer them. There was another worker present that I observed also very kind and pleasant to the customers she tended to.

As it was my turn to ship a package, an employee (blonde woman) came out from the back and was swearing/yelling at Kelly, who was helping me. There was no reason for this person to be saying such rude remarks, especially in front of customers. Lucky there was no kids around. To end on a positive note, Kelly handled the situation very professionally and still helped me out with a smile. I’ve been going here for years and she has always treated me well.
