The postmaster argued with me and told me that my package was delivered even though it wasn’t. After he practically hung up on me the next day I received an email from the company that I had purchased the item from and they stated that USPS had close the case and said it was delivered even though I had just spoken with him. I called back and was not given a name and told there wasn’t anyone above him that I could speak to. Now it makes sense that he can act the way he does and disrespect people in this community like this

The only he did was insist that the package was delivered when I have video surveillance of no packages being delivered that day. He was not helpful at all and completely rude. I wish I could move just so I can get another head office. Absolutely horrible service all around
