And if you think you can just walk in like it says you can, well think again because that’s wrong to. If you want to see the biggest joke of a business in Bryan, stop in to usps.

I made another appointment for today only to get up there to have her tell me the passport lady wasn't in today. I have to have this passport by mid-march. This has been a month of this crap. So then i tried to call and make an appointment with the next local passport place they are backed up because this place can't do their job. Very unprofessional business. I don't understand why they can't reach out and contact me to let me know hey you should probably try and make an appointment somewhere else instead of wasting my time and hopefully not stuck paying for a trip I can't go on because people are incompetent.
