  My experience during a walkthrough of this facility was very disappointing. The building was in extremely poor condition and would have required a substantial deep-cleaning effort to bring it up to a professional standard. The office and lobby areas were covered in dust, cobwebs were visible throughout the facility, carpeting appeared heavily soiled, and the restrooms and kitchen areas required significant attention. There were also numerous boxes, clutter, and trash accumulated in the back areas of the building. Based on the overall condition of the facility, it appeared that routine cleaning and maintenance had been neglected for a very long time. The level of dust, dirt, clutter, and buildup throughout the building gave the impression that the property had not received the regular professional cleaning necessary to maintain a clean and welcoming environment. During discussions regarding the scope of work, we were unable to reach an agreement on pricing for the extensive cleaning services that would have been required. In my professional opinion, the facility would benefit greatly from a complete deep cleaning and an ongoing maintenance program.

  This is my first time working with any sort of agency and from the minute I walked through the door I knew I made a great move. I was welcomed fast and with smiles from Kyla Givens. Throughout the interview process and thereafter she made sure to answer any and everything question I had. Big or small. Also the company I’ve been placed with is awesome! Something right along the lines of my strengths. 10/10 would recommend!

  Many years ago, The Reserves Network in Brunswick placed me in a temporary job that was a positive experience. It was a successful company, my co-workers were helpful and I remained at that position for as long as it was required. This past summer, I reached out to The Reserves Network again when I was feeling frustrated with my job search. Their response was immediate and within a week I was working at a job that fulfilled many of my requirements. I have now been working as a temp for 6 weeks and it is another positive experience. The Reserves Network and my co-workers have been very supportive during my training process and I am encouraged to see a thriving business during this difficult economic year. I highly recommend The Reserves Network as an option during any job search. Amy
