  I tried to give this store another chance. but yet again they failed me. i dropped boxes off at this location and noticed a week later the boxes never scanned past the first store scan. THREE of my boxes are not missing and looks like they never left the location. do yourself a huge favor and avoid this store at all costs. they are thief's

  I wanted to return to Amazon a $260 Lilly Pulitzer dress using the Brecksville UPS Store. Man boxed it and put labels on it. I have a UPS receipt for the shipping. Amazon has never received it. A woman, who I think is the store manager, told everyone in line that there had been issues with that same man. She said that she would need to call the owner. I then spoke with the owner, Ms. Jain, I believe, and she was quite rude. Even though it is clear that they either lost the package or it was taken, she refused to assist me or to try to locate the box. Horrible customer service.

  There is only one friendly person at this location all the rest are horrible!!! They look at you like really you are making a return …. Why are you here again why do you have 5 returns? I’m asking is there a limit on the amount of returns I’m allowed?????? I hate going to this location but it’s the closest to my home so now I will torture them with my returns

  Came to deliver several packages on a Sunday. They say they are open at 10:00 am. At 10:05 they were not opened. The lights were off and the gate was down. Also, tried calling and no one answered. Not surprised, usually when I come here the customer service is not great.

  One of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have had. The tall employee with long hair was dismissive, sarcastic, and openly mocked me instead of addressing a simple concern. At one point, he laughed at me rather than attempting to resolve the issue. His behavior came across as discriminatory and was completely inappropriate for a customer-facing role. I would not recommend this location.
