- NNNateMay 26, 20265.0This small town post office is great! They go above and beyond, from my rural carrier Darcy, to the lady that runs the office portion, great people! Darcy always takes care with packages that need brought to the house and is always friendly when we run into each other. The office itself goes above and beyond to help you out with issues when they arise. Very thankful for my small town post office and their personal treatment, you don’t get that much anymore!!

I called from out of state and spoke with Jackie, and she was wonderfully kind and helpful to work to locate a package I'd sent to Botkins, but upon which I had mis-written the zip code. She was cheerful, helpful, efficient and completely worked to solve the problem, even though I had made the mistake. I am truly thankful for the excellent customer service. Thank you, Jackie!
