  The team at the UPS Store in Blue Ash provided exceptional customer service. Natasha, one of the general managers, was incredibly helpful in understanding my shipping needs. She brought in Rob, the other general manager, who knew the UPS system inside and out. They also included Max, a new employee who had only been there for two weeks, to help process a large number of shipments. Together, they spent more than an hour assisting me and making sure everything was handled correctly. Their teamwork, patience, and expertise were outstanding. I highly recommend the UPS location in Blue Ash—they were wonderful!

  Unreliable service under new ownership. I used this shipping location for my online business for nearly five years without issue, but quality has plummeted since the ownership changed. On a recent Tuesday afternoon, before the store's posted UPS Ground cutoff time, I dropped off two clearly marked perishable packages. Staff accepted them without mentioning that the UPS driver had picked up early that day. They also failed to mention that the store would be closed the entire next day for sidewalk construction. Had I known, I would have taken the packages to another location nearby. Instead, my packages sat in the store for 48 hours and were not picked up until close of business Thursday. Both arrived late with spoiled contents, forcing me to refund my customers out of pocket. When I raised the issue with the store manager, she gave me the runaround: first promising to file claims for me, then directing me to an online UPS claims portal that didn't work, and finally telling me to I had pursue reimbursement through Shopify since I bought my labels through that platform. She also promised a call from regional management that never came. In its public filings, UPS describes Ground as its “day-definite ground service” and says it offers “same-day pickup of air and ground packages” through access points including The UPS Store. Not here. Save yourself the headache and use a different location. These stores are independently owned and operated franchises, and this one is not up to standard.

  Service was exceptional and I highly recommend to anyone who is needing to ship or print labels. Great customer service!
