  Unfortunately, I feel the need to share my experience with the manager, Steve, because the level of service I received today was incredibly disappointing. I want to start by saying that I have worked with Jamelia many times over the past year and a half, and she has always been wonderful—helpful, professional, and willing to find a solution. Unfortunately, she was out sick today, and my experience with Steve was the complete opposite. I emailed a very simple printing project for binder tabs—nine tabs labeled Session 1, Session 2, etc. and needed by the end of this week. This is something this location has completed for me before without issue. Steve told me they do not have a template that allows them to type the tab labels and that this is not a service FedEx offers. However, I know from my previous experience with this exact type of project that this is not accurate. When I originally worked with Jamelia, we even discussed the fact that their standard template only accommodated five tabs when I needed more. She found a workaround, entered the labels herself, and completed the project exactly as requested. After receiving no response to my email yesterday and follow-up this morning, I called the store. Steve answered and abruptly told me he would have to put me on hold, with no greeting or explanation, and I remained on hold for approximately 15 minutes before I had to disconnect for a meeting. When I called back, I was simply told, “We don’t do that.” There was no apology for the wait, no attempt to understand what had been done for me previously, and no effort to find an alternative solution. What made the interaction even more surprising was learning that Steve was the manager. I would expect a manager, particularly when a customer explains that the store has successfully completed the same project before, to at least make an effort to understand the situation or offer another option rather than simply dismissing the request. The difference between my experiences with Jamelia and Steve could not have been more noticeable. Jamelia consistently demonstrates the kind of customer service, problem-solving, and professionalism I would expect from someone running the store. She is fantastic and deserves recognition for it. Unfortunately, today's experience with management was extremely disappointing and fell far below the level of service I have previously received at this location. If I were the regional manager, I would seriously consider taking a closer look at how Steve interacts with customers—especially loyal, returning customers who have consistently brought business to this location.

  Entered store at 11:15 am on Sat. No staff in store. Walked around the entire store looking for an employee. After 10 min left and started to call police thinking something was wrong. Employee finally walked out. No apology. Nothing. Very odd to leave store completely unattended!

  Manager at this branch clearly doesn't care about customers. The whole fedex system is a waste of effort and energy. Go to UPS instead
