- JDJoshua DuffFeb 25, 20191.0I've lived in Belpre for 3 months and I have not received a single package that was shipped USPS. My packages that ship FedEx or UPS are always here but all 3 of the USPS packages have come up missing. Oddly enough, the packages are never "delivered" by the usual mail lady and no one knows who delivered on those days. I'm ordering cameras now and shipping them FedEx or UPS so that I can find out exactly who is getting my packages or if they're actually being delivered. It's sad when you repeatedly have this issue and no one cares. Someone will care when their video is on the news.
