  We hired Five Lakes for our insurance fee negotiations! They did a great job! Monica Ladendorf helped us big time. She has been with me, for every question and is only a quick call/email away. We ran into a hiccup after negotiations, and had one of the companies drop their fees when it was time for credentialing. She was a big help, along with Andy, who renegotiated to bring the fee back up. Very grateful for their help! It is not something I would have taken on by myself as a new practice. The paperwork appears simple but the negotiations and understanding the insurance market to maximize office reimbursements is something they do very well. Thanks Monica!

We have used 5 Lakes for several years now for UCR recommendations, insurance negotiations, credentialling of 6 doctors, and evaluation of fees and insurance relationships at our new locations. Keri is our point of contact and is so so good. Truly they have been integral to the success of our business. We’ve 12X revenue from the day we began working with them, and our contracted in-network rates are higher than our UCR at the time we began working with them. Keri is a game changer and a huge piece of the team even though she’s a couple hundred miles away. Couldn’t recommend them more.
