  We hired Five Lakes for our insurance fee negotiations! They did a great job! Monica Ladendorf helped us big time. She has been with me, for every question and is only a quick call/email away. We ran into a hiccup after negotiations, and had one of the companies drop their fees when it was time for credentialing. She was a big help, along with Andy, who renegotiated to bring the fee back up. Very grateful for their help! It is not something I would have taken on by myself as a new practice. The paperwork appears simple but the negotiations and understanding the insurance market to maximize office reimbursements is something they do very well. Thanks Monica!

  I wnat to give a 0 Star or negative star if possible. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I contracted them to negotiate insurance fee for my dental office on Oct 17 2023. They said it is about 90 days project. Fee is $4850 and I asked for three installment based on my friend recommendation. I paid $1616.67 on Oct 17 and $1616.67 on Nov 14. They seemed to work for me for first two weeks. They accessed my management software and got the information and asked me to sign the insurance form. And that was it. Since then, no one contacted me, no one update me what is going on. I emailed them SEVERAL TIMES and requested update, but NO ONE CONTACTED ME. I complained about this and they emailed me weird Neighborhood report WITHOUT ANY EXMPLANATION on Nov 17!! They said that they will arrange the meeting but they did not set up meeting. I emailed them several times to request a meeting and it is ignored. I am doing my own practice for about 9 years now and I NEVER EVER HAVE SERVICE LIKE THIS. I am definately not recommend this company.

  My orthodontic practice hired Five Lakes to help analyze our in-network insurance contracts 2 years ago. The information they provided was eye-opening and they helped us make decisions about the insurance providers we wanted to stay in-network with, negotiate our current contracts and optimize our reimbursements. They have been fabulous in terms in of helping us get organized and guiding us to drop several companies that no longer are serving us well. My experience with Five Lakes was so positive, I had my husband hire them when setting up his new general dental office to help avoid some of the mistakes I made when I took over my office and signed up for every plan under the sun. It is amazing to work with a team that is so knowledgeable and my account manager, Jen, has been so nice and professional, always taking the time to answer any questions and looking into any issues that came up along the way when trying to go out of network with several plans. I highly recommend Five Lakes and you will be amazed at the money they can save you by helping to optimize your insurance strategy for your office.
