  We hired Five Lakes for our insurance fee negotiations! They did a great job! Monica Ladendorf helped us big time. She has been with me, for every question and is only a quick call/email away. We ran into a hiccup after negotiations, and had one of the companies drop their fees when it was time for credentialing. She was a big help, along with Andy, who renegotiated to bring the fee back up. Very grateful for their help! It is not something I would have taken on by myself as a new practice. The paperwork appears simple but the negotiations and understanding the insurance market to maximize office reimbursements is something they do very well. Thanks Monica!

  We've been very happy with the service and results that Five Lakes has obtained for our practice. They successfully negotiated a significantly higher fee schedule with a major insurance company on our behalf. Five Lakes has also done a great job providing market analysis and credentialing services for us. Their fees are also reasonable for the quality of services provided and the resulting increase in practice revenue from insurance optimization.

  1 star is a stretch for this company. Please do not put your hard earned money on these people because they take your money and do nothing. For 6 months, they helped us credentialing with ONE insurance and the negotiated fee schedule was about $1-$2 higher than normal for very few procedures, not all. All that time, they charged us all the fees up front and monthly fee. Countless of phone calls with Nick, the owner, and other staff members, each gave different answers, no one on the same page, most of them are clueless. We ended up doing all the credentialing in-house and it took less than 1 months.
