- MPMisty PlataFeb 29, 20241.0Sadly this has new people running it and has gone downhill. I have lived here 10 years and am not allowed to have a mailbox or have mail delivered to me. Some places will not ship to a P.O Box, so I have to use my physical address. I have never had any issues until just recently. Come to find out the whole city is upset and w2's being sent back as well as any mail that is addressed to a physical address packages included which would not fit in a p.o box and it just simply needs put on a shelf for pickup. Another resident said she was told that it takes two hours to put mail away that is not addressed to PO box. all off a sudden it's an issue. If i am not mistaken this is USPS job to sort mail. If they cut help they need it back.
