He seemed annoyed that I was even there and never gave me the opportunity to choose the shipping option I wanted. What bothered me most was that he reached across the counter and selected the “happy face” review himself before I could respond. If I had been given the choice, I absolutely would not have selected it. My experience was anything but positive, and it was obvious he didn’t care. Customer service like this is not a good representation of the Bay Village post office. If this is how customers are treated, I’d rather drive to the Lorain post office next time. Very disappointing experience. Do better.
