- JKJennifer KshywonisAug 22, 20261.0Twice now we have missed the little pink notice about a certified mail with a signature needed - my husband was home AND OUTSIDE working on the driveway when the mail came. I walked out to the mailbox and guess what was there - "sorry we missed you, you have certified mail that needs a signature, please schedule a re-deliver". That was supposed to be our re-deliver and the mailman didn't even get out of the vehicle to give the letter to my husband and have him sign it! Make that make sense!
- RKRob KJul 27, 20261.0Went in to get a change of address form and ask what I should do with the situation I have involving a P.O. Box and another state. The man working was extremely rude. Got an attitude with me and couldn’t explain anything without I don’t know every 3 words and stumbling around words. Didn’t even have a clue about anything other than it’ll take ten days to take effect for change of address. These workers are supposed to be capable of answering all questions about post services and the fact that he got such an attitude talked down to me and still had no idea what to say or even how to talk in general is ridiculous I am so glad I am getting out of this dump of a town and state. People here are absolutely ignorent and public workers like the post office workers and other people that deal with the general public never have a clue as to how to do their jobs properly besides the button pushing that they do on their computers it makes me sick to think that the post office allows people to work there who can’t even answer simple questions without getting an attitude and stuttering their words around. Blows my mind!

Our mail lady keep sticking certified letter slips in the mail (sorry we missed you) I have lived in this area for years and not one single time has she came to my door to have me sign anything (im a SAHM, im always home), But isn't that against the law? I have video proof of her going past with cars in the driveway. She puts packages in the mail box that clearly dont fit! Threw my package once on my porch and broke it. (Have video also) I have caught her even smoke sitting in her mail truck. Like its getting ridiculous! You definitely know when she's on vacation!
