- DSDanielle Schall5 days ago1.0If i could give zero stars I would. Our mail lady keep sticking certified letter slips in the mail (sorry we missed you) I have lived in this area for years and not one single time has she came to my door to have me sign anything (im a SAHM, im always home), But isn't that against the law? I have video proof of her going past with cars in the driveway. She puts packages in the mail box that clearly dont fit! Threw my package once on my porch and broke it. (Have video also) I have caught her even smoke sitting in her mail truck. Like its getting ridiculous! You definitely know when she's on vacation!

Even though they had all of my contact info they never had the common courtesy to call, text , or email that it needed rescheduled. It took some planning on our part because both parents needed to be present. No common curtesy, and unapologetic. I’ll try Akron post office next time.
- KQKira QuinlanMar 27, 20261.0Rude and hostile. I had a very aggressive mail carrier come to my door and harass me and my 89 year old grandmother and they refused to take him off route. Aside from every nieghbor I have and myself not receiving mail or it being so late that bills pass due dates, now we have these mail carries with chips on thier shoulders taking it out on the customers. *Edit Yesterday same mail carrier shoved and damaged a package almost damaging our mailbox as well.

The first three times were Amazon orders that the post office received and delivered to the incorrect address. The last package I recently sent, was also sent to the wrong address. Not only was it sent to the wrong address but that person claimed that she returned the package to the post office. The post office has no record of it. It’s time to speak to the Postmaster general.
