- KLKy LuluJun 24, 20261.0I have had nothing but a terrible experience with the post in the last few years. Majority of the time I don't even get my mail, things that are time sensitive or personal letters from family in other states never seem to reach my mailbox. When I call to see where my mail is, they sigh and put me off say they will make note, say they will get back to me it's funny how after so many times of this happening I have yet to receive a phone call from the first time this has happened years ago. Without anything being done to fix it they just tell me they can't do anything and that's how it is. They will excuse it telling me my mail has been, "misdelivered" I find it a bit suspicious that the only things that get "misdelivered" are my personal letters that usually contain money from relatives and legal papers, I continue to receive my ads as scheduled, bit odd isn't it? If you are mis-delivering mail this much you need to find a different job because this clearly isn't for you.

Have to have a PO box but still get mail held without a reason marked on Form 3907, when it could have put in a box. I work and can not get there before closing. Now no clue when I can get the item im needing.

- PKPaugh KyleDec 19, 20241.0Saying attempted to deliver is not just placing a note in your mailbox, you actually have to attempt. I can’t understand why USPS accepts packages if they’re unable or don’t even attempt to deliver them. Make it make sense. This is a joke.

Went to post office to complain lady wrote phone number down I called it’s a disconnected number. Today packages wasn’t delivered so in need to drive 18 miles touch up a packages of scotch tape I ordered.
