- MVMelanie V.Jul 9, 20261.0I will add on to all the other negative reviews for this post office. I attempted to drop off a pkg to send something back to a store without tape. The clerk who was a unkempt man was working on July 9 at 1020 am. He was beyond rude. His attitude was the worse I ever experienced. He said "you dont have tape?" and I said "no". He responded with, " Fine, I will just put the label like this and send out." He proceeded to affix the label to the open part of the box and gave me the rudest stare ever. He clearly had tape behind the counter but refused to provide it as he refused to give me a receipt with a tracking number. I took my pkg elsewhere. This man is a disgrace to the federal post office system and needs to be fired immediatly for his attitude and disrespect for the public and those customers who still use the post office organization. No wonder post offices are a rapidly failing service. Face to face service should never provide an expirence this bad in the dominating world of social media and a technology driven society.

- SKSaoirse KellyJun 7, 20171.0I tried to pick up my new post box key, the staff refused to answer my basic questions & tried to bully me (clearly a tactic that has worked for Tish before). She flatly refused to answer the question, & then claimed she was going to "call the cops." I invited her to do so, as maybe them i could get my question answered. She started to freak out & yell at me that they were "filing a complaint" against me. I laughed in her face. For the record, after checking with my leasing office, they answered the question very easily & without any threats. I then called the post office to collect names, Tish screamed into the phone (again) that they had "filed a complaint" against me & that I was banned from the post office. When I asked for what & with whom, she hung up the phone. I then called Avon police department to see whether Tish had the right to ban me: she doesn't. The three women in the post office today are abusive & bullying, it's clear they've used this tactic successfully before. They assumed bc I rode my bike & have weird hair that I had no power & attempted to deny me my legal rights. I will be taking this up with the postmaster.
