  Long lines. Always one person working. They don't answer the phone ever. Awful location.

  We have had three head scratching incidents with this post office over the last few years. 1. We dropped a small package in the box and immediately realized it didn't have the label on it. We called several times and sent messages to try and get it back before pickup. We were told each time that there was nothing they could do, it would go to the dead letter office in Georgia even though it was still sitting in the box waiting to be picked up. I ended up having to repurchase the item so I could ship to a customer. 2. We were charged several dollars for a wedding invitation that we received because it didn't fit into some slot at their location. We asked the sender if any of the other hundreds of invitees across states and counties had an issue - of course not. 3. A shipper accidentally inserted the city after our street address on a label. It still had the proper city and zip code. In fact (according to the tracking) it made it overseas all the way to Avon Lake where apparently this office couldn't figure out how to deliver it because 'Avon Lake' was listed after our address (which is less than 1 block from this post office). They immediately sent the package to the dead letter office in Georgia. Whoever leads this office is not interested in serving the customer. It is as if the management looks for opportunities to not serve people and/or charge them extra. I would avoid this office if you can. God forbid you give them any excuse to ruin your experience.

  Female staff member was very rude. Came in in my military uniform after getting off work. She was very short with me. I kindly told her I had a packaged a needed to pick up. She said I needed the notice from my front door. Said they didn't have a package with that address. So I want out to my car to get the notice because I was sure that my package was here. Brought it back into her and turns out it was there. The whole time seemed like I was a bother to her and I was annoying. Glad I finally got my package though...

  I've never had an issue with this location, and I've been using this location quite often for a couple of years now. Much better than my previous USPS in Lakewood, which literally has the worst employees I've ever dealt with, I'd rather go to the DMV than visit that location.
