So I called in again and continued to let it ring while I drove across town to their location. Walked in and no customers in sight. I could hear the phone ringing and I said to the young kid. Look I’ve been trying to call and your phone that’s ringing for the last 11 minutes is me. Why isn’t anyone going to answer it. His response, we don’t answer the phone. WTH kind of business you running here. It’s always a fight with these people. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Told me the wrong information I needed when actually the paperwork I had was correct. He was EXTREMELY rude and incompetent. It was a simple issue I had with a simple fix. Due to his ignorance he became a fiasco. Thank God for the 2 women in there who got me fixed up.
