- IIIdkSep 12, 20261.0They need to shut this place down and start all over again. hire people who are actually willing to do the job!!! I can literally see what gets delivered to my house and what day it should be there. I don’t understand why I’m getting letters weeks or months later from that date.
- JJJoshSep 4, 20261.0Had to send back a broken iPad to T-Mobile/Assurant and printed out the label they sent. Get to the post office and the guy says I can't send it without the hazard icon and he can't give me one. I go back home, contact T-Mobile Assurant and they say they have made an agreement with uspo to take it. Go to another usps same problem, won't take it. I ask Gemini/Google it and sure enough it's the post office problem not mine. So after probably 4 hours of my life trying to figure this out I have a USPS come pick it up and success! So the moral of the story, USPS stores are pretty bad and will waste your time.

Made me get out of line 3 times for something that i could have corrected in no more than a minute and then "couldn't find the address" which I've shipped to multiple times. Then proceeded to slap a box of books onto its side without a care. Went to the next town over and what originally was a 25 minute (or more) ordeal that left me angry, shaking, and STILL without anything being shipped, took 5 minutes max without a hitch
- JNJade NeukamAug 10, 20261.0Packages are NEVER delivered on time. I’m always notified that the delivery location isn’t accessible which is BS as my mailbox is right on 125. Very accessible. I’ve had to go pick up packages COUNTLESS times as they can’t seem to get their deliveries correct.
