  They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and asked if they could help me. I had an Amazon return and they provided me with a tracking number, a coupon for my next visit and a chance to win $250 at Amazon for my feedback. Thank you so much.

  After the passing of my mother, I had a lot of packages with her belongings to mail back to my brothers and sister. I came into the UPS Store with three people helping me to carry in all of these packages, Tish greeted us politely and helped me to get the packages all mailed in a very smooth, timely manner. She was thoughtful and caring and made my day much better. Thank you!

  It's on the edge of deserving five stars, but five star places goes above and beyond and I have yet to see this here. It was a little cramped and upheavaled the last time I was there and customer service seems rushed, as in they want to get the customers in and out quickly, almost too quick sometimes. And I mainly go there for Amazon returns and the clerk handles it, but this time they directed me to a kiosk of some sort which was at first a little disconcerting. It's easy enough to use and does save time for both the customers and clerks, but a clerk need be out there at all times because the packages dropped in the return slot at the kiosk can be snatched up. And some people who can't flow simple instructions might become frustrated at the process. Those have been my experiences. Mostly good but not above and beyond just yet.
