Got a notification that the package was delivered in our mailbox. Was home and checked the mail immediately and there was no package. Went to the post office the next morning. A supervisor took the info and went in the back. They delivered the package to the wrong house! Long story short - we never got the cards and even though my sister-in-law bought insurance - they won't honor the claim. They are a total rip off and yet they are raising rates. $150 down the drain.
