The lady at this post office stated they don’t accept General delivery unless you sign up. I’ve NEVER had to do that before! NEVER!! She refused to look to see if it was there but rather only wanted to look at names on a list. I had to keep asking questions for her to tell me it was probably sent back to sender. Wow!! First off; write it on your website that someone needs to sign up. Second, maybe have a better attitude! Third, if someone hasn’t signed up might I suggest keep their letter the allotted time and then explain that to them when they pick it up. Idk why you think you’re so special that you have to be different than every other post office without letting customers know. AND this is why the post office is going out of business.
