- LLLatanya2 days ago1.0The older African American man had me standing there waiting for assistance while conversing with fellow coworkers. He continued to sarcastically ask me what I needed help with when I got to the door to leave. He told me that there are other post offices but they’re closed. I asked for his supervisor and chief but he refused to give the chief’s name. He told me to ask for the postmaster. He also was kind to the opposite race. He was very attentive to all 3 customers that came in but would not ask what I needed until I got to the door to leave. He also smarty kept repeating “you have a nice day”. I just looked at him. They need to quit protecting mean, rude employees. My veteran father just passed away and I was trying to send paperwork off for him. The clerk is heartless and needs to be removed! Horrible experience. I had to hold back tears just trying to shake off the mistreatment. The tall slim African American woman just completely ignored everything. She did however, take time to chat with a co-worker for 5 minutes when he came back inside.

He also reached in front of me to give himself the green smile icon for the after service survey. I assume that’s because he KNEW he was being awful and would have gotten the red frown. Are you kidding me? Unprofessional and horrible. Don’t like working with people? Get a different job. SMH
