- MJMegan JonesSep 10, 20261.0I would give this location a zero on service if I could, absolutely insane the way the service clerk employee 30 min after opening acts at a US postal company! Lets talk to our employees about costumer service and assisting lines wrapped around the lobby and if they aren’t sure “ I don’t know “ is not an acceptable answer there’s always a suggestion or a solution ; you work for the company, not, the costumers at the counter! Have a little more pride for your company and job , nobody wasted their personal time to find answers to be met with “ I don’t know “ etc etc The hours are short already and people have jobs and families too! Time management is also super important! Always remember ; smile on your face & keep love in your heart ; we all have rough days :)
