I just wanted my package LOCATED… but no. I ended up getting a refund for the lost/stuck package by the original sender because this USPS facility is a joke.

- ZLZack LawhunJun 5, 20261.0LOL if you can avoid USPS for small packages, like say mailbox sized or smaller. I ordered two packages, from the SAME website, that were sitting in the SAME (Akron location) and at the SAME time: arrived within seconds of each other. I now have one of those packages, while the other one was taken FURTHER from delivery point; I live near Mansfield/Ashland… And it was taken to Canton. Why? So, just to clarify a package that was set to be delivered on Tuesday (June 2nd) that I ordered May 29th now won’t get here until Monday. (June 8th) if Im lucky. Why did I pay extra to wait an above average waiting time? I wouldn’t complain about a day or two late, but given I paid extra and will receive almost a week late for almost the 5th time in a row I say this: AVOID USPS. Especially this location, Akron is equally responsible for sending my package to Canton.

I wish I had gotten her name, but the person who helped me was so kind and immediately got me the right envelope, provided tracking, and got me in and out of there in 2 minutes. I will definitely come back to this location in the future. Thank you again!
