- DDDaddyJul 10, 20261.0I’m appalled that I can’t give this place ZERO STARS. A package I was expecting was sent out for delivery two weeks ago and was never delivered. I called their office 5 times at various times throughout the day and NO ONE ANSWERED. The next day I was finally able to get ahold of a worker there and they were beyond rude. It was as if I was inconveniencing them by merely asking where my package was! Oh no, how dare I inquire about my package that wasn’t delivered weeks ago. Sorry for making you do your JOB. Their tone and overall demeanor was so dismissive and incredibly unprofessional. I still never received my package and they have no idea where it is. TREAT THIS PLACE LIKE THE BUBONIC PLAGUE. Actually, you’d be better off getting the plague and dying than having to deal with this joke of an establishment.
