  Kim on S.Main Street located in Akron, Ohio is hands down the best employee. She went above and beyond the call of duty trying to handle a shipping issue regarding a cell phone delivery. Thank you, Kim!

  I had a delivery yesterday ( July 7th, 2026 ) and the driver , I did not get his name unfortunately , went out of his way to help an elderly woman ( me ) with a very heavy package. Thank you so much , I'm sorry I cannot thank the actual driver. Well done FedEx.
