  I wish there was a 0 option because Fed Ex is a friggin mess. Cant get any info , last tracking info was 4 days ago. Try calling this place to see if i can just pick it up but no more jacking you around this time with a recorded Bot that cant understand crap and is completely useless. Another company that wants to hide behind the internet or a useless Bot. Thanks FEDEX for turning what couldge been a 2 minute conversation into 45 minutes of getting no answers thru your confusing and not helpful website and Bot driven phone . Very unprofessional, i will never buy anything that ships FEDEX and will spread the word

  Friendly counter help, new systems caused error with additional monies being charged. Staff able to assist in getting packages sorted out. Would not deter me from future mailings.
