  The store is fine, it’s clean, I had a prepaid label, should’ve been a quick in-and-out, store wasn’t busy. I walked in and waited while a lady behind the counter finished some things on a computer before she helped me. Then I asked if she could scan the label to make sure it wasn’t expired and didn’t hear a word from her so I kept standing there. Then she said “you need something else”, and I said “yeah I just want to make sure it’s not expired” and she’s like, rudely, “I told you it wasn’t”. Just disappointed in the customer service, when you’re in a service job position like that normally the main goal is to be courteous to the customers. Maybe she was having a bad day but even if I’m having a bad day…. I’m not going to take it out on someone else.

  After 5 days of one of the drivers never knocking so I could sign and get my package I placed a hold on my package to be picked up at this location, first they didn't want to give me any details about if my package was there over the phone. I came in today to receive my package and forgot my ID but had a photo of my ID the manager said that wasn't good enough because she needs to scan my ID I return with my ID and she never scanned it she barely even looked at it. Horrible service all around!! As a manager your lack of people skills is pathetic.
