Called to speak with the post master about mail sent to the wrong address she yelled at me over the phone and said it was my fault that it got sent there! Absolutely ridiculous they need to get someone new to work the desk it’s not your business why someone needs to talk to the post master!
- DZDrz ZamMay 20, 20261.0I really don't like to post negative reviews but I can not dismiss this. All my years of mailing packages from my other post offices, this one gives me issues. Its particularly this one semi young employee that works on the right side of the window. He asks me what's inside my package, which i never had anyone ask me that before. I just told him my was my receipt for my pre-purchased. He tells me it will he inspected, then I said OK. And they the next day my packaged was left at my house opened, retaped, and markings all over the package. Who the hell does that?. So I repackaged the box and went to my old post office and they took it with no issues. My packaged was delivered. I have heard from other people that same employee gives people issues. I guess they keep that person there so less people will visit that post office. Thanks USPS
- DJDiana JonesMay 8, 20261.0ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL - I sent a one-of-a-kind, hand-made gift to my granddaughter in a pre-paid correctly addressed priority USPS box. It was supposed to arrive on the west coast (from NY) on Thursday. On Friday it had traveled form MA back to CT and stalled. They said I could "call it back" for a FEE!!!!! They suck and are of no help! Do not use them - even if you have to pay more for FedEx or UPS

- PDPatrick DwyerFeb 7, 20261.0Packages were left in the snow by the edge of the road. The bottom package was ruined. The packages also stated that they were delivered and left in the mailbox. The packages did not fit in the mailbox so the United States postal Service system threw in the snow. And then lied.
