  If i could give a zero star i would. I drove 20mins to get to the store. I got into the store at 6:15. Had one person ahead of me. I waited on the line. I was up next and stated i need to ship out a package he covered his face and he huffs and puffs and tell me we close in 10mins and to come back tomorrow morning. Great customer service 👏 don't waste your time, they dont care.

  The store is clean and tidy, but the Gen-Z staff working here Saturday morning need to work on their customer service skills. I walked in and said hello, received no response, and was handed a ticket with no statement at all. I said thanks and received a dead-pan stare. It’s a 30 second interaction, not asking for a miracle to say hello back or have a nice day.

  Amazing service!!! Definitely would recommend the employee with the tan skin and curly hair. He gets the job done quickly and efficiently! Great job on hiring the right staff 👏.

  I’ve had a great experience at the UPS Store in Yorktown Heights, and I especially want to recognize one of the employees there. I don’t know his name, but he’s a younger guy with tan skin and short, fluffy hair. He seems to be hispanic perhaps dominican. He is always extremely helpful, quick, and professional. Every time I go in, he gets whatever I need done efficiently and makes the whole process so easy. He’s consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. No matter how busy it is, he always seems to get the job done quickly and correctly. I really appreciate the great customer service he provides every single time I visit. He definitely deserves recognition! I came back to The UPS Store in Yorktown Heights again, and once again, I had a great experience. The same employee I mentioned in my previous review was there, and he continues to be so kind, helpful, and acknowledging every time I come in. He always makes sure customers feel welcomed and taken care of, and I really appreciate the effort he puts into his job. Employees like him really make a difference in the customer experience. Thank you for having such a great employee!

  Usually there is this really nice guy. However there is this new young guy. Horribly rude and unprofessional. Lowered to 1 star because they never open on time. Here at 10, hours say 8:30. Not a soul in sight.
