I sent an important, time-sensitive legal document by Certified Mail from the Central Ave office, and after 10 days, the tracking still shows that it hasn’t moved from that location. USPS told me to simply wait because they don’t know where the mail is. What’s the point of paying extra for Certified Mail if it can’t be tracked or trusted? A complete waste of money and extremely frustrating.

I asked her a question about the shipping and it felt like I was bothering her. Usually the other employees in this post office are really nice. Not sure why she was bothered with me asking her a question.
