- DBDiana BarraganAug 12, 20261.0Worst post office to go to. I’d rather drive 15 minutes to scarsdale. They are on a phone call while they you speak to you and are very nasty. If they don’t like you, they will lose your mail on purpose. I sent out four letters and they were never found.
- MAMari AAug 9, 20265.0It's usually busy, but the staff here are excellent and friendly. This is the only post office where I'm treated with courtesy and kindness!
- ICIris CJul 31, 20261.0The service at this location has gone way down!! Rude employees, who dont open the door until way after 9am. Or have you waiting, then come out 1/2 later to say they wont open until 1pm. Ex: there were approximately 10 customers on the line, knocking on the door and mailboxes asking when were they opening. It was 920am. As customers got frustrated and left..there were 3 customers left. A young heavy set lady came out with an attitude. That she was alone and wasn't opening until 1pm. When I mentioned why didn't you put the sign up earlier..not 1/2 later. She responded you dont have to come here, there are other post offices. And if you dont like it, its not not problem. I told her youre very rude. She responded so are you. From my understanding she can see whos in the lobby. Through the camera so she waited for the lobby to clear. To place her sign up So headquarters ever monitor these facilities??? The previous employees were darlings 😔
- EFElzbieta FerraraJul 22, 20262.0Post office hours are listed 9am- 6pm. I went there today after 9 and it was still closed. Someone just showed up with announcement that today is open at 10am. When I asked since when they changed the hours one of the employees obviously didn't like my question 😕
- EREdwin RiveraJul 21, 20265.0Not bad however ever since they stole 2 of my checks totaling $9,000.00 paid to the IRS at another post office I lost their trust. I had filed a complaint with Postal General at the time about 3 years ago according to their website they were going to contact me within 48hours it's been about 3 years and I'm still waiting for a reply.
