- LLLynneApr 28, 20261.0Absolutely the worst, most disrespectful customer service (barely qualifies as that) I have had since Optimum. The front desk clerk was rude, impatient, and deceptive. Then the “manager” kept me waiting over 40 minutes only to ask if I could read, regarding an issue with a moving request and letter. Just horrendous. I will never go there again and rarely use USPS unless absolutely necessary.
