- YHYajaira HerreraAug 24, 20261.0Im currently selling things on a platform and this Postal service is the closet to my home so I decided to ship my packages through this location. Before doing this I decided to check the reviews and they were terrible but still decided to take the risk. My first time and it was awesome. This is my third time there and the employee was so so rude I was literally asking a question she could answer to get me out of by doubt. I gave 2 packages and thought I was going to be receiving 2 receipts but ended only receiving one so I asked about the other one. She the first time I couldn't hear her because she was a tittle away. So I asked again I said asked about the second receipt and she was like "are you going to keep looking at my face or are you leaving?" Ok this is my second time leaving a review because I almost never do this except when leaving a good review but let me tell you if u want people in your postal service sending packages you should contract better people, I DO NOT care about personal problems because its their job to answer needed questions that's the BASIC thing they should do. Its not all of their workers its just some of them and that's just sad.

- ACAlison ComrieAug 17, 20262.0This location ALWAYS hires the worst employees, it must be a requirement to work here you that you have to be rude for no reason. I simply asked if I can send a letter through certified mail and this rude lady at the counter with blue contacts gave me an attitude and did not want to help me send out my letter instead she decided to walk away as I’m talking and yell the instructions that I needed to do to send it out stating that I need to use my eyes. I took my services to Main Street where they actually have customer service skills.

How many TIMES have I went to this post office and you run out of MONEY ORDERS. How is that even happening. No signs before you walk in so you don't have to waste your time. You can't even call directly to check if they have money orders today, so you can just go to Getty Square post office. PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER!! TO MANY YEARS OF THE SAME THING.
- MMMarianneJun 17, 20261.0Disappointed with my recent experience with this post office, I placed an express delivery with tracking #9570116156766164443291 purchased 6/13 and scheduled to arrive Monday-Tuesday 6/16 by 6 pm latest delivery and still shows in jersey. The lady assisting me was disgustingly rude for no reason. I have reached out to the post office but have not received any response/resolution. Intentionally submitting false information and tampering with mail is a federal offense and I intend to pursue this legally if my package does not arrive to its location. This will be my last time using this post office.
