- MMMarianneJun 17, 20261.0Disappointed with my recent experience with this post office, I placed an express delivery with tracking #9570116156766164443291 purchased 6/13 and scheduled to arrive Monday-Tuesday 6/16 by 6 pm latest delivery and still shows in jersey. The lady assisting me was disgustingly rude for no reason. I have reached out to the post office but have not received any response/resolution. Intentionally submitting false information and tampering with mail is a federal offense and I intend to pursue this legally if my package does not arrive to its location. This will be my last time using this post office.

The entire thing needs to be remodeled and restarted with real professionals that have an understanding of customer service. This place holds no value or help to Yonkers City. If we want to improve Yonkers itself, id recommend fixing this entire post office as well.
