  Slow....long line and lady with mohawk charged me $ 1.07 for 1 line of tape and what made me mad is i had tape in glove department soon as i drove off but i didn't want to get in back of the line it was outside the door 3 people in there and only one at register get it together and it was dirty in there will not be going back to this location was there way too long

  I always have a great experience here! The people are friendly, professional, and always make my visits feel comfortable. They’re quick to help whenever I need it, and somehow they always keep things moving without making the visit feel stressful. Parking can be a little annoying, so definitely plan ahead and have some coins ready just in case. They old school with the parking meters 😂 But once you’re there, things usually move pretty fast. The area is nice and clean, and there are plenty of good spots nearby. Angelo’s Pizza is just down the block and has really good pizza, plus there’s a Bank of America and a few bars nearby if you want to grab something afterward. Overall, I’ve always had a good experience here, and I’ll definitely be back. Honestly, I always end up coming back! 😄

  I have been going to this UPS store for years. Never had a bad experience whether returning a package or using copying machines. The staff is great,especially Amy. Their overall rating should be 5!

  On this pass Wednesday I walked into this ups store and theses professionals work above and beyond. She looks like pink the singer . She was amazing . She was multitasking 3 things at once . Also acknowledges everyone that walks in the store . Her coworkers also amazing professionals even young gentleman that they were training was very polite . Thank you ups for hiring such great workers .

  The manager Amy is there a wonderful helping send back one of my Amazon packages made it extremely easy to print out the return label on my phone with the amazon app. And really nice person as well.
