  Amazing service, I went on Sunday may 24th at 4:00 PM. The guy at the front desk was very Helpful, Polite and nice with everyone. Thanks 🙏🏽

  This was one of the most unhinged, hostile retail experiences I’ve ever had. 3 out of 4 employees were rude from the start. I brought in one large return box that was missing a flap and while I was removing unrelated items from inside, the employee helping me skipped me to take the next customer and told me I “should’ve been more prepared.” He then scanned and labeled my box — only to refuse it after watching me tape it up in front of him. Another employee started yelling across the store that I was “bringing in half a box” and got involved in a conversation that had nothing to do with him. It gets worse. After I gave up and struggled to carry the 25 lb box back to my car, an employee came charging out of the store toward me, reached into my car, and tried to grab the package while yelling about a label. I literally froze. It was aggressive and completely inappropriate. When I returned with my stepfather, the same employee who had just charged at me suddenly became polite and apologetic — but then another worker started yelling at us to leave the store. Disorganized, confrontational, and at one point physically intimidating. I still cannot believe how out of control this situation became over a simple return.
